Peru Translations is operated by Iterative Systems LLC, a US-registered company. We are not a translation agency and we are not a law firm. We are a booking and payment platform: you upload your documents and pay online, and we route the work to a qualified translator in Peru and deliver the finished, certified translation back to you.

The translations are produced by a Traductor Colegiado Certificado registered with the Colegio de Traductores del Perú (CTP). A traducción certificada is presented with a cover sheet, the translator's colegiatura number, post-firma seals, and a sworn declaration (declaración jurada), and it carries legal validity for national and international procedures.

We deliberately do not advertise sworn TPJ translations. A Traductor Público Juramentado is appointed by Peru's Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores and, by law, that translator's signature is non-delegable. We won't imply that a platform or reseller can deliver or sign one. What we provide is the CTP-certified translation, which is accepted for visa and residency filings with Migraciones, for SUNEDU degree recognition, and for court and notarial use.
